One artist has taken the Great Paintings of all time & made them better… with the help of her cat

When Russian artist Svetlana Petrova’s mother died, she inherited her ginger cat,Zarathustra. As a way to work through her grief and depression, she began using Photoshop to insert the cat into different classic paintings, and soon, a full-blown project had begun. From Dal to Vermeer, this adorably chubby cat has joined the works’ subjects… and somehow made the pieces even better than before.
